The leather and fabrics used are selected and purchased from Italian suppliers that meet high quality standards both in tanning and in dyeing.
Punch and cut
The punches are made according to the items that will be manufactured as per the collection requirements.. Thanks to these punches, each part of the shoe is cut individually.
The different pats already cut have to be sewed among them, strenghtened by fabrics and lints and then lined with a leather lining that is pasted with a water glue.
Once the upper part is ready, it is mounted and finished on the form and nailed to the sole, sole that will be covered with leather or rubber. In this phase, the shoes undergo two important steps: first, it passes in an oven at 60° temperature which allows the dissolution of the adhesive in order to better adhere to the sole; then it passes in a refrigerator at -20° where the footwear stabilizes and compact itself.
Now, shoes are ready to be put out of the form in order to be cleaned and stretched in the inside. In this way the inner sole and lining became soft and free of any leftovers and ready to be fitted.
The products are packed into their boxes and cartoons that will reach the final customers or the re-seller around the world.
