Where can I receive my order?

You can receive your parcel everywhere you prefer, completing the fields during checkout.

How many days do you need for delivery?

For items in "immediate delivery", packaging will be done in 3-5 working days. Delivery time will depend on destination.

How much will I spend for delivery?

Delivery costs will be calculated in checkout page, as they depend on destination.

How can I check the delivery process?

As your parcel leaved our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with tracking number. You can always check the order status in "Your Account" section.

What happens if I am not at home?

Courier will leave you a leaflet as you can plan a new delivery. You can always track your parcel with tracking number sent by email and ask for a new delivery, contacting the courier.

What if the box is damaged?

If the box is damaged, please accept it WITH RESERVE: so ask to the courier to write in notes that box is damaged so you can check if items are ok. If anything is not ok, please write to our Customer Service for assistance.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you can return your order, totally or partially, in 14 days from the date you received it.

How can I start the return process?

You can contact our Customer Service, mentioning your order number and the items you want to return.

Shall I pay for return?

If you provide the parcel at your expences, you will receive a full refund. If you ask for our return service, a quotation will be sent to you before processing the return.

How will I receive my refund?

Items arrive to our warehouse for quality control: as the control is passed (items must be in perfect conditions, not used and with labels and box), you will receive a refund on the same method used for payment.

How many days will occur for refund?

Items must be in perfect conditions, not used and with labels and box: as refunds is approved you will receive an email which confirms you the end of return process and the amount of refund. Accreditation time depends on payment method.

Shall I make a change?

We are sorry, but for deliveries outside Italy we cannot provide a change. You can only make a return.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can pay using PayPal, Credit card (always with PayPal but also without a PayPal account) and bank transfer.

Shall I pay with PayPal without a PayPal Account?

Sure! You can use your credit card with PayPal, clicking on "pay with a card" on PayPal page.
